A dust collector for blasting is not simple in general. It has
important functions frequently used to seperate impurities mixed
into abrasive media by suction force or tolift injected abrasive
media to the upper part of the machine for recirculation.
The variation in suction force therefor has a major effect on the
seperation of abrasive media and the finished quality of products.
(In particular, for a blasting machine for precision processing,
design ideas are required for dust removal and ejection to the
outside of the machine with a constant suction force.)
However, blasting produces dust and cartridges and filters tend
to become clogged. For that reason, the mainstream has been
a bag filter type with a wide filtration area. In addition,
a mechanical vibratiion dust removal unit or a pulse-jet dust
removal. As an ejection mechanism, arotary valve type, a slide
gate type, or the like is available.
