This is more efficient than the barrel type |
because of the stirring on the tumbling belt |
while blasting. The approximately 3 to 6 |
nozzles provide efficient blasting. The |
equipment can be totally unmanned by |
attaching an automatic loading/unloading |
device. The P type has a belt pop-out |
function in the downward direction during |
unloading, which fully unloads even round |
work (patented). The easy unloading is |
suited for mass production. |

The standard set includes an injection unit, |
a one-horsepower compressor, a blasting box |
(458mm x 358mm x 39mm), filters, abrasive |
media (WA #120: 2 kg), enjoyable seals, |
goggles, and a Fruiof knowledge on blasting. |
This popular, widely used model is applicable |
for glass working, metal molding, burrs on |

For peening gears and shafts |
| |
|
Both the air blasting and shot blasting are |
selectable. Most of these machines are an |
index type including the self-propelled rotary |
type for gears. For shafts, coating or roughing |
of surfaces before painting is also available. |
Customization to product size is possible |
based on the stanndard type. The amount |
and rate of injection can be easily adjusted. |
|
| |
|
|
|
Sand remaining in an engine block is |
automatically removed. The sensor detects |
holes even in different blocks. |
Nozzles are inserted into the holes in which |
sand remains with pinpoint accuracy for |
blasting. For vehicles, various types are |
available for aluminum wheels, crankcases, |
valve systems, underbody parts, etc. |
|
| |
| |
|
|
|
Made-to-order blasting chamber are |
manufactured according to the products to |
be blasted. A dust collector is selected at |
the same time depending on the air volume |
and the ventilation in the chambers. |
In consideration of the circulation collection |
of the injected media, we will provide advice |
on the method of collection either by an |
operator for low costs or automated |
collection. |
|

|
For silicon wafers and quartz boards |
| |
|
For the approximate five-inch wafers, one to |
six wafers can be processed simultaneously. |
The front loading type provides loading/ |
unloading of products from the same position, |
which result in space savings. In addition, |
a through type conveyor type is also available. |
A special device to stably inject fine powder |
is equipped as standard. L/S = 50/50_m |
can be supported depending on the masking. |
The variation ranges from a testing type for |
a single wafer in a 100 mm_100 mm size to |
a continuous processing type. In addition, |
a blasting machine to remove the leathery |
condition on quartz ingots is also available. |
|
| |
| |
|
|
|
The cabinet is selectable for product shape |
and weight among the general types. |
Nozzles attachment/detachment of product |
are fully automated using robots. Various |
products can be supported by adding memory |
and external storage units in the robot. The |
robot can be combined with any type of |
machines. A variety of work can be supported |
by teaching the robots. |
|
| |
|
For semiconductors and electronic parts |
| |
|
For high-precision processing industry |
including semiconductors, a mechanism that |
injects fine powder ofa few_mwith stability, |
rate, and particle size is controlled at the |
same time for patterning, drilling and roughing |
of printed circuit boards. A cyclone for |
seperation and a dust collector also have fine |
powder-specific types. |
